James Reed has called St. Augustine home for 20 years. Around Jacksonville, people know him by his red beard.
After years in landscaping and irrigation, James earned his CDL and became a boom pump operator. Soon after, he took the leap and started Reed Concrete Pumping in 2020.
Landscaping taught James how much customer satisfaction matters to a business. He brings that lesson to every concrete job, while his wife, Jacqui, runs the office.
